1. In understanding foreign cultures, someone needs to understand well the cultures to avoid cultural conflicts. But, many people are failed to understand the values and customs of foreign cultures. According to your own idea, please explain what do you need to have to understand foreign cultures in order to avoid cultural conflicts.

2. How do you define your local cultural is different from foreign culture? Do youthink local and foreign cultures need to be integrated? Please provide your reasons 

3. What is stereotype and prejuice? Does it exist in your local culture? Give example?

Answer :

1. Identify issues that may cause conflict. consider cultural differences if difficulties or misunderstandings occur.make an effort to sensitively resolve  differences, taking account of cultural considerations. address difficulties with appropriate people and seek assistance when required.

2. My local culture is has its own uniqueness because it has something special than the others like language, tribal clothes, and others. In case of conciliation, every cultures need to be integrated to respect each other. But, we need to hold out ours, and never let them make influence our local culture.

3. Generalizations become stereotypes when all members of a group are categorized as having the same characteristics. Stereotypes can be linked to any type of cultural membership, such as nationality, religion, gender, race, or age. Also, stereotypes may be positive or negative. And Common features of prejudice include negative feelings, stereotyped beliefs, and a tendency to discriminate against members of a group. In society, we often see prejudices toward a group based on race, sex, religion, culture, and more. 

Yes. It also exist here fore example of stereotype is if peoples come from ethnic runaway it assumed to have an ability to cure illnesses. 

And an example of prejudice also come from ethnic run away it can be threats if we have misunderstanding with them.
